If you are looking for a vehicle from here, ask for Aaron Mougie!! And talk to Don too before you leave. Aaron is an amazing person and he puts the customers above all else! He literally goes above and beyond for everyone he meets and he shows you that you aren’t just a customer and he isn’t just a sales person. Even after you purchase a vehicle he keeps in touch and makes sure you love your vehicle and that you are happy with the purchase. There was a little minor thing I wasn’t 100% happy with and he put in the work to get it resolved and really quickly too. I don’t know where this kind of service went with some of the other dealerships I’ve bought vehicles from but it’s not lost or missing here. Just purchased a 2026 Ford Escape Hybrid for my 30 something daughter. Did almost all of the research, questions, negotiations, etc. online with a minimum of time in the dealership, although I was impressed with the Robinson Brothers dealership and the people there (first time buying there). Our sales rep, Dylan, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The 2025 Escape we first looked at sold before we were ready to purchase and Dylan helped us reach a very agreeable final deal on a 2026 with even more features. Absolutely no hassles or trickery or pressure--or waiting around the dealership more than absolutely required. The check out process with the finance guy has been computerized unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 50 years of buying cars. Smooth, quick and no hard sell on extended warranties I didn't want. Don't know if every manufacturer has done this, but Ford certainly gets a big thumbs up for making this last step in the process much faster and completely painless. Happy to give the car, the sales rep, and the dealership 5 stars.

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs.

I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Added a few more pictures.
Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new Pro Facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Highly recommend you check them out for your truck service needs.

I came to the dealership to look at the 2025 Lincoln Aviator. Once I sat in the vehicle and drove it, I was in love! The Aviator checked all of my boxes and then some! My sales person, Mike Beloso, was extremely easy to work with. He was quick to work up different price points on various trucks, and he communicated everything clearly. He was friendly and didn’t pressure me. He wanted me to be comfortable with my final decision on the F150. I am a long-time Ford customer, and I use Robinson Brothers Ford Quick Lane for all my oil changes and recommended service needs. I recently ran over a container in the middle of the road that I couldn't avoid, and it damaged the sensors in my 2022 Explorer that guide the backup camera and cruise control. I had planned a driving trip with 2 other couples leaving 3 days after this accident happened, so I called the service department at Robinson Brothers and asked them if they could help me in time to make the trip. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday, and Adrian and the team were very helpful. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, and they told me up front that if everything went well, if the parts came in first thing Monday, they could make the repairs in time for my trip. Adrian texted me first thing Monday morning to let me know the parts had come in, so I dropped my vehicle off quickly and the repairs - and some additional recommended service for my vehicle - were done. I am so impressed with how quickly Adrian and the team at Robinson Brothers were able to help me and repair my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

The first time that we stopped by, we didn't have much time to look at the car that my wife already had seen in an ad. We were looking at the car when the first salesman, Aaron Mougeot, came out and introduced himself. He was very friendly and before he really started to answer questions, he asked us if we'd like a bottle of cold water. It was very hot and we appreciated the thought. After he returned quickly returned with 2 bottles of water, Aaron moved the car into the shade for us to look at closer. As he was explaining some things about the car when another salesman, Anthony Biagas, came out and began talking with us also. Together, they were answering any questions that we had and also explaining things about the car. After a few minutes, they offered to let us drive the car. My wife drove it a short way and was very impressed. When we returned to the dealership, we were out of time and told them that we were very interested and needed to leave. They understood and did not push us to stay, but did ask us when we would be able to return. Through the whole process, we were never pressured and we were treated extremely well. We ended up spending more time with Anthony and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Lincoln vehicles. After spending some time talking with Anthony, it was easy to see why his office is filled with all kinds of plaques and awards. He is an extremely likeable man. We returned 2 days later and purchased the car and the rest is history. The whole process went very smoothly.
Also, the young lady, Ashley, that was fairly new to that job, but was also very polite and very helpful. A few days later, Aaron called and talked to my wife just to see how we were liking the vehicle, which was very nice. My wife told him that she had thought of a good name for them. Aaron, Ashley and Anthony should be known as "The A Team" since all of their names began with "A" and because they were all excellent at their jobs.

We went back to Robinson Brothers because we had purchased my commuter car there just 3 months ago and had a great experience. We went back to the same salesperson, Jason King, and he did an outstanding...and zero pressure...job of putting us in a vehicle we love (Lincoln MKZ) and that fit our needs. My experience was on service side. I dealt with Katie the service writer and the Technician/Mechanic was Chris. I can not say enough good things about my experience there.
I had a major engine repair on my 24 2.7 F-150 and from the communication, vehicle loaner, even meeting the technician who was very experienced was top notch.
I got the vehicle back after a good bit, which was expected due to the nature of the repairs. Chris took his time putting the truck back together like the day it came off the assembly line.
Quality work and problem fixed.
Whoever at Robinson Brothers reads this, Katie and Chris were fantastic to deal with and I can’t say that enough. Way too often people have bad experiences at dealerships and this was very refreshing.

I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Highly recommend you check them out for your truck service needs.

Alisha Williams provided the best customer service I have had from ANY company in the last 5-10 years. She was awesome to deal with and always followed up when she said she was going to, something that is rare in this day and age. I had to take my 2022 Expedition in for transmission work, which is not a pleasant situation since it only had about 45k miles. But, Alisha turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant one with her professionalism. In the industry I’m in, I deal with service depts and mechanic shops pretty regularly, and they are normally a nightmare to deal with.
