My 2017 Ford Explorer was purchased from a dealer in Texas. I'd only had it for a few weeks and a fuel injector went bad. The vehicle was under warranty and the dealer was 500 miles away. They told me to take it to a local dealer and have them do a diagnostic on it and have them call with the results. Meghan in the service department at Robinson Brothers went above and beyond in getting the issue taken care of. She communicated with the other dealership and myself to keep me informed every step of the way. Meghan definitely makes customer service and satisfaction her highest priority. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had with getting a vehicle repaired at a dealership. Every dealership needs a Meghan!

I am over 100% satisfied. The technician was so kind and polite. I'm so grateful for the service. I feel like more people need to know about yall. I moved out here from Kansas city. The Ford dealership where I got my car has never been as kind, welcoming, about efficient business with my car, and having respect for my time! Yall have been awesome. From getting my oil changed, to air in my tire because a tire was low one morning, to getting a recall repair at my house, to being able to have a conversation via text with someone. Friendly sales and service staff. They always have more inventory than other dealers in Baton Rouge. The prices are also better. They also have moble service to change oil and other services. Ask for Andy if you want to buy a vehicle. No pressure salesman and speaks Spanish for those who don’t speak English.

I have never had a ford dealership employee be this kind and informative when they are not trying to sell me something.!!! Brandon Guillery .( I hope I spelled it correctly) treated me with respect and kindness as well as honesty when helping me understand the proper steps and maintenance procedures on my 2017 f250. He does a great job being honest and trustworthy when it comes to keeping the customer first as well as genuinely caring and keeping his integrity intact. Robertson brothers ford and Lincoln Baton Rouge Louisiana needs more people like Brandon guillery.

Stopped by to check out the Corsair and Aviator with my wife. Both beautiful vehicles and definitely up to the Lincoln quality, standards, and luxury. The salesman we worked with was Jason, he was super knowledgeable, not only about the Lincoln vehicles we looked at but also about the process we need to follow once we are closer to the end of our lease. On the test drive he was knowledgeable with what we drove up in and was able to offer some very good comparisons of features between both. He was very good with pointing out pros and cons of each vehicle as they would fit into OUR lives and needs. It was a great experience. We definitely want to give Jason and Robinson Brothers a shot at earning our business when the time comes in the May timeframe.

My experience with Robinson Brothers was excellent. My vehicle had a "coolant over temp" issue, which kicked the check engine light on. Despite waiting 10 business days (because of Christmas and other cars in front of mine), they identified the problem, had parts on hand, and got my car back on the road. My service advisor (Megan) was great at returning my calls and keeping me posted on when my car was expected to be ready and called to gather more information for the technician. Super thankful for the RB Ford Service Department team at this important time of year.

The experience with service has been exceptional. From me calling to get a appointment to walking into to bring my car in. Nick Borne was my advisor, he was attentive and gave me the information I needed, he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for repairs. Remote Service Appointment - They Come to You. Making the service appointment couldn't have been easier. The Scheduler reached out via text to inform me that I was eligible for remote service, which meant they come to me. I didn't have to make the trip to the dealership and arrange transportation or possibly wait for hours. The Scheduler confirmed the date/time/location the day before via text, and the Service Tech called ahead on the day of the appointment to confirm the time and location. Even better, the tech was able to arrive early for the appointment (after confirming my availability), which saved me time. The Service Tech was courteous and efficient. Small town service from a big city dealership. Extremely well executed. Would highly recommend.

My entire experience was perfect! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and ensured we had the best experience. We purchased a new Lincoln Navigator and our salesman Kyle was the best. He was friendly, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Additionally, the finance team was quick with explaining our different options and was not pushy at trying to sell something that is unnecessary or something we didn’t want. Andy rocks, keeps everything easy, and I drove out the same day. I traded in my clunker to putting my shades on in some fantastic AC. Today as we speak it is 114° outside. I drive from warehouse to warehouse in +100° sites and now I can open my app while I’m wrapping up start my Car with AC rocking and can immediately feel that relief…Technology right…

A great experience in the Service Department this morning. Adrianne greeted me with a smile at 7:00 am. My Lincoln nautilus gave me a scare yesterday when it would not start. It happen to be the battery. It got replaced and covered under warranty’. My wait time was minimal while I waited in their clean waiting area. Thanks Adrianne for getting me in and out quickly!

Best purchase experience ever. Salesman (Jackson) did an excellent job working with me on buying a new truck. I drove from over 3hrs away to buy here and began the process on the phone. He was easy to work with and walked me through each step. The finance team did a great job of explaining all my options and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I will definitely look to Robinson Brothers Ford for any future vehicle needs. They have a huge selection of both new & used vehicles. They also have a canopy over a section of their lot to allow shopping in bad weather. That's a plus on hot or rainy days.

Mobile service was perfect. Asked them in advance to bring new wiper blades and they did. Had to come back because the lug key was not in glove box. He came back a day later with a replacement lug key and rotated all tires. Saved me hours and I never had to leave my office. Worth every penny.

If you are looking for a vehicle from here, ask for Aaron Mougie!! And talk to Don too before you leave. Aaron is an amazing person and he puts the customers above all else! He literally goes above and beyond for everyone he meets and he shows you that you aren’t just a customer and he isn’t just a sales person. Even after you purchase a vehicle he keeps in touch and makes sure you love your vehicle and that you are happy with the purchase. There was a little minor thing I wasn’t 100% happy with and he put in the work to get it resolved and really quickly too. I don’t know where this kind of service went with some of the other dealerships I’ve bought vehicles from but it’s not lost or missing here. Just purchased a 2026 Ford Escape Hybrid for my 30 something daughter. Did almost all of the research, questions, negotiations, etc. online with a minimum of time in the dealership, although I was impressed with the Robinson Brothers dealership and the people there (first time buying there). Our sales rep, Dylan, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The 2025 Escape we first looked at sold before we were ready to purchase and Dylan helped us reach a very agreeable final deal on a 2026 with even more features. Absolutely no hassles or trickery or pressure--or waiting around the dealership more than absolutely required. The check out process with the finance guy has been computerized unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 50 years of buying cars. Smooth, quick and no hard sell on extended warranties I didn't want. Don't know if every manufacturer has done this, but Ford certainly gets a big thumbs up for making this last step in the process much faster and completely painless. Happy to give the car, the sales rep, and the dealership 5 stars.

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs. Update July 2024: I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Added a few more pictures. Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new Pro Facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Highly recommend you check them out for your truck service needs.
