My car had a recall and my local dealership in Springfield, IL claimed they could not request the part -- I was told to just keep calling every 2 weeks. Instead, a few weeks prior to taking a trip to Baton Rouge, I contacted the Robinson Brothers Ford to see if they had any parts in stock. Noel told me that not only could they order it, but that I could have an appointment while I'm in town to get it put in. I dropped it off early in the morning when they first opened and was prepared to wait multiple days to get my car back but it was done in the SAME day! What a great surprise and great service. The shuttle service to/from the dealership was also great and the driver was very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

I had spoken to other dealerships before seeking out Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln. I had done a tremendous amount of research on the Aviator I wanted but also on the current sales situation. I was so pleased with the way all of the Robinson employees treated me throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle at a great price and giving me a fair trade in value, that I will be returning for the next vehicle I buy soon. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Well done! Don’t buy a car without checking this place out!

Excellent experience with the service department. My Bronco Sport had a recall. They offered me a loaner car and pickup and drop off service. Rec’d a recall notification from Ford a few months back - called All Stars Ford - they took my info down; said they would call me back - never called. I call Robinson Ford, spoke to their service rep and got an appt for the next day. Then they called me back and said they can come directly to me. Recall serviced next day at home! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be back. THANK YOU!!

Excellent customer service. Dropped in for a quick tire repair and rotation. Was out in less than an hour. Not bad for just stopping in at lunch time. Anywhere else would have been over an hour or two, if not tell you to make an appointment. Donavon and Derek are very professional and their customer service should be the standard!

Quick lane does good work in a timely manner. Just wish they could do the work without the dealership pricing. LOL. Seriously used them for 10 years and 3 vehicles, they are not trying to upsell anyone so it is nice to go in for service and know that if they recommend something it is usually legit.

Never got what I would say was a great deal from Robinson Brothers in the past. That changed dramatically with the purchase of my 2023 Lincoln Black Label Aviator. Anthony Biagas is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Made the process easy and was great with explaining the vehicles bells and whistles. At the time I was purchasing my Aviator my daughter and son in law were purchasing an Aviator for their main vehicle and they got the same level of service and attention to details. My opinion has changed about Robinson Bros. Lincoln. If you want a high end awesome Black Label experience than see the team at Robinson Bros. and ask to deal with Anthony Biagas.

I’ve had my Lincoln for ten years and I have had service done at several dealerships. Now I drive an hour further than each of those other dealerships to get service at Robinson Lincoln. The professionalism, courteousness and ease of doing business makes it worth the the extra mileage. I feel so much more comfortable and less stressed when dealing with Robinson Lincoln. On the sales side… Arthur was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. He is clearly a people guy, not too pushy, but answered every question with competence. He also went the extra mile (on more than one occasion), which left a big impression & a gesture I appreciated. On the financing side… Randy made coverage & financing options simple to me (and that’s tough). Again, not too pushy but clearly explained all options & entertained every scenario I threw out. Whole thing was pretty quick, easy & painless. I’ll be back.

If you are looking for a vehicle from here, ask for Aaron Mougie!! And talk to Don too before you leave. Aaron is an amazing person and he puts the customers above all else! He literally goes above and beyond for everyone he meets and he shows you that you aren’t just a customer and he isn’t just a sales person. Even after you purchase a vehicle he keeps in touch and makes sure you love your vehicle and that you are happy with the purchase. There was a little minor thing I wasn’t 100% happy with and he put in the work to get it resolved and really quickly too. I don’t know where this kind of service went with some of the other dealerships I’ve bought vehicles from but it’s not lost or missing here. Just purchased a 2026 Ford Escape Hybrid for my 30 something daughter. Did almost all of the research, questions, negotiations, etc. online with a minimum of time in the dealership, although I was impressed with the Robinson Brothers dealership and the people there (first time buying there). Our sales rep, Dylan, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The 2025 Escape we first looked at sold before we were ready to purchase and Dylan helped us reach a very agreeable final deal on a 2026 with even more features. Absolutely no hassles or trickery or pressure--or waiting around the dealership more than absolutely required. The check out process with the finance guy has been computerized unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 50 years of buying cars. Smooth, quick and no hard sell on extended warranties I didn't want. Don't know if every manufacturer has done this, but Ford certainly gets a big thumbs up for making this last step in the process much faster and completely painless. Happy to give the car, the sales rep, and the dealership 5 stars.

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs. Update July 2024: I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Added a few more pictures. Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new Pro Facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Highly recommend you check them out for your truck service needs.

Kaleb and Ty were extremely helpful and worked with me and n order to make the deal materialize. They delivered my Raptor to my home, which was nice.
