Aaron Muergot and Don McClure!!!!!! I think i spelled Aarons name wrong but nonetheless these two guys are amazing. They get six stars!!! I purchased a 25 Explorer ST last year and went back this year for the 26 Explorer ST in that Marsh Gray color. Its fantastic!! Love the car. I will gladly buy from these guys every single time I am in the market for a vehicle. As long as they have what I want they get my business because they will keep it 100% honest and transparent. Super helpful, incredibly respectful, and they are the only two guys I will feel confident enough to send my wife in by herself. I work in the car business so I know how it goes, my wife does not, but not once have they ever attempted anything shady. I absolutely love their attention to detail and their customer service that feels like true customer satisfaction is at the forefront of how they operate and conduct business.

Edwin is the kindest, most patient car salesman I’ve ever met. Explained everything about the Aviator I was buying like he was just reading a book. Answered my questions with honesty and is still doing so today when I have questions about my vehicle or service. Lincoln service department was extremely professional and friendly. They have great communication, I received text updates from Adrian every step of the way. If I had a question, I would text them and receive a response within minutes. I would definitely bring my vehicle back.

Edwin is the kindest, most patient car salesman I’ve ever met. Explained everything about the Aviator I was buying like he was just reading a book. Answered my questions with honesty and is still doing so today when I have questions about my vehicle or service. The finance manager was very patient during my decision process to purchase the new vehicle. I did not feel pressured to buy at all! So glad I purchased the TireCare Plus warranty!! It’s worth it!!
