We strugggled at first to understand charging options and were actually running low despite trying different chargers. We did not have an adapter to use a Tesla station so the dealer brought us a loaner and took the car and charged it to over 80%. We learned more about the options and how to and appreciate the dealer for helping us through this phase. We now know what we need to do and the options available to us. Working on the home installed pro charger now and we thank Robinson brothers for helping us in this pinch.

Blaire was so wonderful and kind to put up with my schedule changing with work and I am so grateful for her doing that! Byron was right on time and did a very thorough job with my son’s new F-150. He changed the oil, filter and checked the AC. We talked a little about classic cars, too! Byron’s passion for automobiles is infectious! Our family loves the service and quality we always get from Robinson Brothers.

It was great. Went to service dept. first and asked how long for oil change and they directed me to Quick Lane where it would be quicker. At Quick Lane, Jeremiah was very professional, and informed of everything I needed to know and even issues in the past.

As soon as I entered the store I was asked if I could be helped. I told them what I needed and was immediately checked in and my car was on the rack within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs

Needed a part from my 2015 F150, and I was trying to go to a dealership closer to home, which was closed on a Saturday when I needed the part. However, Robinson Brothers Ford was readily available. The gentleman knew exactly what I needed and to put icing on the cake, he had to part waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. In and out, in less than 5 minutes. It took longer for my debit card to go through than it did for them to get my part ready. Absolutely fantastic. If I have the chance, I will be going back to them again.They were awesome and the part that I got from them fixed my problem the first time.

I give Robinson Brothers a five star rating , they have always taken good care of my vehicles.

I scheduled an appt to have my car dropped off June 17. I called many times to check in and during this the original service advisor was switched to fast lane had I not called I would have never known. Then by 2.5 weeks with what they were diagnosing got told they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company… More who never got paperwork. I moved here not long ago from Texas and I have a leased Lincoln Corsair which I love, I had 2 recall items and I called Robinson Lincoln, talked to Jennifer, she went out of her way to get me an appointment and made sure my wait was very short, she said I would be there 1 and a half hours, they were finished a little over an hour and even washed my car. I would recommend going to Robinson Brothers and ask for Jennifer in service. She is a Jewel.
