Malikai was an amazing salesman! He was prompt in his responses to text messages and found us the perfect vehicle for our needs. He showed us the differences in the two Bronco Sport models we looked at and was knowledgeable about each. He even delivered our inspection sticker to my workplace. Go see him! You won’t regret it!

Robinson Brothers Lincoln division provided fabulous service starting with my 2011 Lincoln. During and shortly after Covid the quality of service went down, understandably, based on parts and labor shortages. However, with this recent service, I feel that the level of service was back to its previous level of high quality. I am very pleased to request service from Robinson, once again.

Years ago we moved the maintenance of our vehicles to Robinson’s Ford and have had nothing but excellent service as well as great communications with them. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle we went directly to them. We purchased a Lincoln and we have no doubt the service for it will be as excellent as the Ford side.

I scheduled an appt to have my car dropped off June 17. I called many times to check in and during this the original service advisor was switched to fast lane had I not called I would have never known. Then by 2.5 weeks with what they were diagnosing got told they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company… More who never got paperwork. I moved here not long ago from Texas and I have a leased Lincoln Corsair which I love, I had 2 recall items and I called Robinson Lincoln, talked to Jennifer, she went out of her way to get me an appointment and made sure my wait was very short, she said I would be there 1 and a half hours, they were finished a little over an hour and even washed my car. I would recommend going to Robinson Brothers and ask for Jennifer in service. She is a Jewel.
