Highly recommended! Our recent 2024 Bronco Sport purchase from Robinson Brothers was the most pleasant car buying experience that we’ve experienced so far. Johnnie Lee was very personable, knowledgeable, and gave us top notch service. Johnnie Lee and Mr. Brooks had us in and out the dealership within an hour and a half. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Oil change service was great! I was in and out quickly. Very happy with their quick lube shop.

Ms Noel was so nice, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer. The entire team matched her energy. I'm single with one vehicle and two jobs. My anxiety shoots through the roof when my bronco is not and this team remedied that for me

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs. Update July 2024: I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. My 2017 Ford Explorer was purchased from a dealer in Texas. I'd only had it for a few weeks and a fuel injector went bad. The vehicle was under warranty and the dealer was 500 miles away. They told me to take it to a local dealer and have them do a diagnostic on it and have them call with the results. Meghan in the service department at Robinson Brothers went above and beyond in getting the issue taken care of. She communicated with the other dealership and myself to keep me informed every step of the way. Meghan definitely makes customer service and satisfaction her highest priority. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had with getting a vehicle repaired at a dealership. Every dealership needs a Meghan!

I scheduled an appt to have my car dropped off June 17. I called many times to check in and during this the original service advisor was switched to fast lane had I not called I would have never known. Then by 2.5 weeks with what they were diagnosing got told they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company… More who never got paperwork. With what was being told was wrong with my vehicle warranty company sent out an inspector to confirm these issues. They had nothing ready the first time he went out. I moved here not long ago from Texas and I have a leased Lincoln Corsair which I love, I had 2 recall items and I called Robinson Lincoln, talked to Jennifer, she went out of her way to get me an appointment and made sure my wait was very short, she said I would be there 1 and a half hours, they were finished a little over an hour and even washed my car. I would recommend going to Robinson Brothers and ask for Jennifer in service. She is a Jewel.
