I had another great experience with Robinson Brothers, and Woody was a huge part of that. From the very first phone call until the moment we drove off the lot in our new F-250, he stayed in constant communication with us and stayed on top of every detail throughout the entire process. Adrian in Lincoln service has always been very courteous and professional on any occasion when bringing our vehicle in for regular maintenance or when there was an issue. This particular instance, we had a coil go bad and had to replace sparkplugs and it was at least a 2-day diagnostic and job. Adrian knew we were leaving for a trip, and did what he could to escalate our issue so that we didn't have to rent a vehicle and be able to leave for our destination, as planned. I went to Robinson Brothers today on a whim because I was preparing to drive back home to Alabama and noticed my car leaking oil. As soon as I walked in De’Aun was super helpful, kind, and personable. I tend to give a lot of context that’s not needed sometimes especially when it comes to my car, but she made it feel like every bit of information was helpful. De’Aun got me in quickly and they fixed the error from the previous dealership and got me back on the road within A few hours.
