I have been a customer of Robinson Brothers for over 20 years. I’ve always received excellent deals on my vehicles and great service. Their service team is exceptional. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve always answered my questions and helped me resolve any issues in a timely manner. Also, Derek and his team in the Quick Lane Department are awesome! This week I had a flat tire and even though it was almost closing time, they stayed late to fix it. Thank you!!

Katie and her team in the service department were great. She kept me updated on my vehicle and was professional and polite. The service team got my truck in and out in under 48 hours. I stopped at another dealership and they told me it could take up to 7 days for service. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Katie at Robinson Ford if you need service.

I had a recall on my Nautilus that I bought from Robinson Brothers Lincoln. They picked up my Nautilus and brought me a loaner (Nautilus) for the day. I also recently had an oil change with same service. Pick up and deliver back to my residence. Very good communication throughout the process. I love the courtesy pick up and delivery process. My car was return with. A few hours. Very satisfied

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs. Update July 2024: I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Added a few more pictures. Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new Pro Facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Highly recommend you check them out for your truck service needs.

Kaleb and Ty were extremely helpful and worked with me and n order to make the deal materialize. They delivered my Raptor to my home, which was nice. The Dealership personnel all seemed to be friendly and very helpful. Robinson Brothers is much more of the lost Dealership experience which also focuses on relationships and fostering a feel of family.

I went to the collision repair part. By far the best place to take your vehicle too! They had mine repaired and done within a week. They were the nicest guys!!! And had my front bumper on my truck looking better than before I messed it up! I would give them a thousand stars of a rating if I could!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I came to the dealership to look at the 2025 Lincoln Aviator. Once I sat in the vehicle and drove it, I was in love! The Aviator checked all of my boxes and then some! Anthony and Ashley were amazing, extremely professional, very informative and detail oriented with the purchase of my new Aviator. They went above and beyond for me, from sales to finance. My sales person, Mike Beloso, was extremely easy to work with. He was quick to work up different price points on various trucks, and he communicated everything clearly. He was friendly and didn’t pressure me. He wanted me to be comfortable with my final decision on the F150. He has also been very responsive with after-sales follow-up regarding the bedliner and other accessories. Randy in finance was also very fast and easy to work with. He explained everything well so that there were no surprises. This was a very nice truck buying experience!

Johnnie (used car salesman) was a wonderful representation of Robinson Brothers Ford. We initially met over the phone to inquire about the vehicle and his enthusiasm and personality of explaining the vehicle was awesome!! We drove over an hour away to see the vehicle and it was everything he said it was. We purchased the vehicle, and even after purchasing the vehicle, he went above and beyond by staying to ensure we understood all the features and even showed us how to use them. Johnnie was very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely be recommending Johnnie.

100% the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership! I walked in to inquire about a vehicle and Mr. Anthony was there to greet me. Showed me everything I asked and never once pressured me to buy. We went back a week later and was greeted by Mr. Anthony again. Katie put a ton of effort and hard work into coordinating with my warranty company to have my engine replaced. Her communication was frequent and precise. I just want to say thank you to Kamen Muse and the service department for your excellent work and help. I was 7 hours away from home Saturday morning trying to attend my grandson's baseball world series games when my 2021 Ford f150 shut down in the roadway. After I had it towed to the ford service department I spoke with Kamen. He had the truck diagnosed and fixed and ready for pickup by 1 pm due to circumstances of my being so far away from home. I am a long-time Ford customer, and I use Robinson Brothers Ford Quick Lane for all my oil changes and recommended service needs. I recently ran over a container in the middle of the road that I couldn't avoid, and it damaged the sensors in my 2022 Explorer that guide the backup camera and cruise control. I had planned a driving trip with 2 other couples leaving 3 days after this accident happened, so I called the service department at Robinson Brothers and asked them if they could help me in time to make the trip. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday, and Adrian and the team were very helpful. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, and they told me up front that if everything went well, if the parts came in first thing Monday, they could make the repairs in time for my trip. Adrian texted me first thing Monday morning to let me know the parts had come in, so I dropped my vehicle off quickly and the repairs - and some additional recommended service for my vehicle - were done. I am so impressed with how quickly Adrian and the team at Robinson Brothers were able to help me and repair my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

The first time that we stopped by, we didn't have much time to look at the car that my wife already had seen in an ad. We were looking at the car when the first salesman, Aaron Mougeot, came out and introduced himself. He was very friendly and before he really started to answer questions, he asked us if we'd like a bottle of cold water. It was very hot and we appreciated the thought. After he returned quickly returned with 2 bottles of water, Aaron moved the car into the shade for us to look at closer. As he was explaining some things about the car when another salesman, Anthony Biagas, came out and began talking with us also. Together, they were answering any questions that we had and also explaining things about the car. After a few minutes, they offered to let us drive the car. My wife drove it a short way and was very impressed. When we returned to the dealership, we were out of time and told them that we were very interested and needed to leave. They understood and did not push us to stay, but did ask us when we would be able to return. Through the whole process, we were never pressured and we were treated extremely well. We ended up spending more time with Anthony and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Lincoln vehicles. After spending some time talking with Anthony, it was easy to see why his office is filled with all kinds of plaques and awards. He is an extremely likeable man. We returned 2 days later and purchased the car and the rest is history. The whole process went very smoothly. Also, the young lady, Ashley, that was fairly new to that job, but was also very polite and very helpful. A few days later, Aaron called and talked to my wife just to see how we were liking the vehicle, which was very nice. My wife told him that she had thought of a good name for them. Aaron, Ashley and Anthony should be known as "The A Team" since all of their names began with "A" and because they were all excellent at their jobs.

Our financial situation recently changed and we had to consolidate vehicles and lower our overall monthly payments. We went back to Robinson Brothers because we had purchased my commuter car there just 3 months ago and had a great experience. We went back to the same salesperson, Jason King, and he did an outstanding...and zero pressure...job of putting us in a vehicle we love (Lincoln MKZ) and that fit our needs. He also does a phenomenal job of vehicle feature demonstrations. Robinson Brothers will be my first choice for any future vehicle purchase. Kudos to Joe, the finance guy, also. He did an awesome job again (2nd time in 3 months) of getting us through the paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend Robinson Brothers for your vehicle purchase.

Robinson Brothers Lincoln division provided fabulous service starting with my 2011 Lincoln. During and shortly after Covid the quality of service went down, understandably, based on parts and labor shortages. My experience was on service side. I dealt with Katie the service writer and the Technician/Mechanic was Chris. I can not say enough good things about my experience there. I had a major engine repair on my 24 2.7 F-150 and from the communication, vehicle loaner, even meeting the technician who was very experienced was top notch. I got the vehicle back after a good bit, which was expected due to the nature of the repairs. Chris took his time putting the truck back together like the day it came off the assembly line. Quality work and problem fixed. Whoever at Robinson Brothers reads this, Katie and Chris were fantastic to deal with and I can’t say that enough. Way too often people have bad experiences at dealerships and this was very refreshing.

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs. Update July 2024: I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Added a few more pictures. Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Harley was my sales rep, and he made the process very smooth. He was able to pick out the truck I wanted from my descriptions on the first try. Joe was my finance guy, he did very well explaining everything with me. He didn’t try to haggle me or up charge. We had a great experience with Robinson Ford Lincoln recently. We were having trouble with our car and brought it in to get diagnosed. Adrian Was on it right away. He actually reached out to Lincoln to see if they would provide some sort of assistance since we were out of warranty, and there was a known issue. Lincoln actually paid a large portion of the bill even though we were out of warranty. Adrian actually was able to give us a refund on the amount that we paid. I purchased a 25 Explorer ST last year and went back this year for the 26 Explorer ST in that Marsh Gray color. Its fantastic!! Love the car. I will gladly buy from these guys every single time I am in the market for a vehicle. As long as they have what I want they get my business because they will keep it 100% honest and transparent.
