My experience was on service side. I dealt with Katie the service writer and the Technician/Mechanic was Chris. I can not say enough good things about my experience there. I had a major engine repair on my 24 2.7 F-150 and from the communication, vehicle loaner, even meeting the technician who was very experienced was top notch. I got the vehicle back after a good bit, which was expected due to the nature of the repairs. Chris took his time putting the truck back together like the day it came off the assembly line. Quality work and problem fixed. Whoever at Robinson Brothers reads this, Katie and Chris were fantastic to deal with and I can’t say that enough. Way too often people have bad experiences at dealerships and this was very refreshing.

Probably the best express oil change place in Baton Rouge! The service rep was very knowledgeable and trustworthy! The service technician was knowledgeable and diligent while working on my car! I give them a 10 out of 10!

I have been thoroughly impressed with Ford Service since the purchase of my vehicle last October! On my first service appointment, they were able to schedule a time to pick up my car for me and provided a loaner, returning it the following day! The second occasion, I had a recall on my car and they came to fix it in my own driveway. The service rep responds quickly via text and makes it a seamless process. Thank you for making this stress free for me!

Blaire was so wonderful and kind to put up with my schedule changing with work and I am so grateful for her doing that! Byron was right on time and did a very thorough job with my son’s new F-150. He changed the oil, filter and checked the AC. We talked a little about classic cars, too! Byron’s passion for automobiles is infectious! Wonderful service! My Ford Bronco sport had two recalls that needed to be taken care of. When I was told that I didn't need to come in for the service and that a technician was coming out to my home to do the service I was in shock. How convenient!!!

Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs. Update July 2024: I wanted a 2024 Raptor. Reached out to Don. Turns out, that they had one on order that was spec'd out how I wanted it. I put a deposit down, and was able to track the vehicle's progress from the Ford plant. Great vehicle information. Kept me up to date during the complete shipping/ordering experience. Financing was smooth, easy, and very professional. Delivery and PDI was immaculate. Don McClure is an amazing sales person and walked me through every step. Joe Park in finance was extremely prepared, efficient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire crew. I only buy from Robinson Brothers Ford, I only use their maintenance facility, and would highly recommend them. Keeping the F250 to do my heavy hauling, and this will be the new daily driver. Added a few more pictures. Update 3/26/2025. Wow. The truck service department has a new facility, just a few blocks from the dealership. Located at 12116 Airline Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA. 70817. The new shop was able to schedule and perform my truck repairs/maintenance very quickly and efficiently. They also do fleet/commercial trucks. Great looking and professional service. Highly recommend you check them out for your truck service needs.

Alisha Williams provided the best customer service I have had from ANY company in the last 5-10 years. She was awesome to deal with and always followed up when she said she was going to, something that is rare in this day and age. I had to take my 2022 Expedition in for transmission work, which is not a pleasant situation since it only had about 45k miles. But, Alisha turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant one with her professionalism. In the industry I’m in, I deal with service depts and mechanic shops pretty regularly, and they are normally a nightmare to deal with. Alisha is in the top 1% of service advisors that I’ve ever dealt with. Well done, Robinson Bros, you have found yourself a star!!

After 20 years of not going to the dealership for routine service, Robinson Brothers may have given me a paradigm shift. It's comparable in price and not a bad experience. So far my 1st 3 oil changes have been there. I may even get all crazy and let them change my cabin filter one day........

Andy Parrino sold us a mustang in 1999 at Audubon Ford. He was so great to deal with, that when we decided to purchase another Ford, I called Robinson Brother’s to see if, by chance, Andy might still be selling cars. Since Audubon Ford had become Robinson Bros, it was a long shot, but I gave it a chance. BINGO!!! Andy was there! He found us the exact white F150 pick-up we wanted. Throughout the entire transaction, he was great! He’s knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, he’s extremely personable and we will absolutely buy all of our Ford products from Andy Parrino and Robinson Brothers.

Adrian was absolutely amazing. He made me aware of all of my options and was extremely responsive. My previous experiences were that the service I got with my Navigator wasn’t nearly as good as the service my wife got from Cadillac with our Escalade, but this experience changed everything! I made a appointment with Michael at Robinson Ford I had mentioned to him the suv I was interested in and it was little small feeling so Michael suggested the Nautilus I drove it was great I'm only 5'2 and it fit me very comfortable and so smooth on the road and I was driving a Lexus for 14 years I love the Suv He also suggested the darker seats in another Nautilus on the showroom because I have my 4 year old granddaughter with me often and we worked it all out I am proud owner of the 2024 Nautilus its beautiful and comfy was easy for me to set up all the apps for music and alexa

We strugggled at first to understand charging options and were actually running low despite trying different chargers. We did not have an adapter to use a Tesla station so the dealer brought us a loaner and took the car and charged it to over 80%. We learned more about the options and how to and appreciate the dealer for helping us through this phase. We now know what we need to do and the options available to us. Working on the home installed pro charger now and we thank Robinson brothers for helping us in this pinch.

Needed a part from my 2015 F150, and I was trying to go to a dealership closer to home, which was closed on a Saturday when I needed the part. However, Robinson Brothers Ford was readily available. The gentleman knew exactly what I needed and to put icing on the cake, he had to part waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. In and out, in less than 5 minutes. It took longer for my debit card to go through than it did for them to get my part ready. Absolutely fantastic. If I have the chance, I will be going back to them again.They were awesome and the part that I got from them fixed my problem the first time.

Been dealing with All Star Ford in Prairieville for over 2 months to get my backup camera replaced. Finally had enough of the runaround, so I called Robinson Bros. They scheduled me for the next day and replaced it in 15 min! More than pleased!

Edwin is the kindest, most patient car salesman I’ve ever met. Explained everything about the Aviator I was buying like he was just reading a book. Answered my questions with honesty and is still doing so today when I have questions about my vehicle or service. The finance manager was very patient during my decision process to purchase the new vehicle. I did not feel pressured to buy at all! So glad I purchased the TireCare Plus warranty!! It’s worth it!! They came to me to fix my recall issue with their mobile service option. The two mechanics arrived at my location a few minutes before my appointment time which was great and it only took them about 20 minutes to get my vehicle's recall issue taken care of! Adrian in Lincoln service has always been very courteous and professional on any occasion when bringing our vehicle in for regular maintenance or when there was an issue. This particular instance, we had a coil go bad and had to replace sparkplugs and it was at least a 2-day diagnostic and job. Adrian knew we were leaving for a trip, and did what he could to escalate our issue so that we didn't have to rent a vehicle and be able to leave for our destination, as planned. Thank you so much, Adrian!!

Great experience dealing with Aaron. We purchased 2 vehicles within 4 months of each other and made sure Aaron assisted with both. He was unbelievably patient especially with my wife who test drove vehicles many times before making her decision. I went to Robinson Brothers today on a whim because I was preparing to drive back home to Alabama and noticed my car leaking oil. As soon as I walked in De’Aun was super helpful, kind, and personable. I tend to give a lot of context that’s not needed sometimes especially when it comes to my car, but she made it feel like every bit of information was helpful. De’Aun got me in quickly and they fixed the error from the previous dealership and got me back on the road within A few hours. If I ever need my car checked out again while I’m in Baton Rouge, I’ll definitely be bringing you back!
