Kaman was a really big help when getting my car fixed, he called me to give me updates and took care of all my questions. The car did take a little long to fix but it was because a part was hard to get. Overall they did a great job!

If you are looking for a vehicle from here, ask for Aaron Mougie!! And talk to Don too before you leave. Aaron is an amazing person and he puts the customers above all else! He literally goes above and beyond for everyone he meets and he shows you that you aren’t just a customer and he isn’t just a sales person. Even after you purchase a vehicle he keeps in touch and makes sure you love your vehicle and that you are happy with the purchase. There was a little minor thing I wasn’t 100% happy with and he put in the work to get it resolved and really quickly too. I don’t know where this kind of service went with some of the other dealerships I’ve bought vehicles from but it’s not lost or missing here. A big warm thanks to Aaron M and Don McClure for all their hard work, dedication, professionalism, and good old fashioned five star customer service. Thank you!!!

My mother had the best experience at Robinson Ford. Malikai Hebert and Dylan Davis were absolutely amazing in helping her pick out her Ford Truck. They took the time to listen to exactly what she wanted and made sure they found the truck that suited her. They even helped her put on her license plate when it arrived at the dealership. Highly recommend them. Forever grateful for the time they spent with her making sure she was happy with her purchase.

Just purchased a 2026 Ford Escape Hybrid for my 30 something daughter. Did almost all of the research, questions, negotiations, etc. online with a minimum of time in the dealership, although I was impressed with the Robinson Brothers dealership and the people there (first time buying there). Our sales rep, Dylan, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The 2025 Escape we first looked at sold before we were ready to purchase and Dylan helped us reach a very agreeable final deal on a 2026 with even more features. Absolutely no hassles or trickery or pressure--or waiting around the dealership more than absolutely required. The check out process with the finance guy has been computerized unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 50 years of buying cars. Smooth, quick and no hard sell on extended warranties I didn't want. Don't know if every manufacturer has done this, but Ford certainly gets a big thumbs up for making this last step in the process much faster and completely painless. Happy to give the car, the sales rep, and the dealership 5 stars.

Katie and her team in the service department were great. She kept me updated on my vehicle and was professional and polite. The service team got my truck in and out in under 48 hours. I stopped at another dealership and they told me it could take up to 7 days for service. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Katie at Robinson Ford if you need service.
