On our way from Orlando Fl to Texas. We had a problem with the front end of our F250 truck. Stopped at Robinson Brothers Ford and the nicest person , his name was Brandon, greeted us and had our Truck fixed in one hour. This was the BEST experience EVER. My tire was going down. Being new to the area, I turned into the 1st place I saw- Robinson’s. Went to service and saw a guy with locs in his hair. I explained my dilemma and he checked every tire. When he got to that tire, he aired it & discovered a nail. I was grateful for his patience and help. Wish I could remember his name but one thing - with that kind of service, I would definitely consider purchasing from Robinson. Thank you again, kind sir!

I’ve had my Lincoln for ten years and I have had service done at several dealerships. Now I drive an hour further than each of those other dealerships to get service at Robinson Lincoln. The professionalism, courteousness and ease of doing business makes it worth the the extra mileage. I feel so much more comfortable and less stressed when dealing with Robinson Lincoln. The elegant flow of the service department is above and beyond the kind of treatment that is expected when owning a Lincoln.

On the sales side… Arthur was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. He is clearly a people guy, not too pushy, but answered every question with competence. He also went the extra mile (on more than one occasion), which left a big impression & a gesture I appreciated. On the financing side… Randy made coverage & financing options simple to me (and that’s tough). Again, not too pushy but clearly explained all options & entertained every scenario I threw out. Whole thing was pretty quick, easy & painless. I’ll be back.

Great experience dealing with Aaron. We purchased 2 vehicles within 4 months of each other and made sure Aaron assisted with both. He was unbelievably patient especially with my wife who test drove vehicles many times before making her decision. I went to Robinson Brothers today on a whim because I was preparing to drive back home to Alabama and noticed my car leaking oil. As soon as I walked in De’Aun was super helpful, kind, and personable. I tend to give a lot of context that’s not needed sometimes especially when it comes to my car, but she made it feel like every bit of information was helpful. De’Aun got me in quickly and they fixed the error from the previous dealership and got me back on the road within A few hours. If I ever need my car checked out again while I’m in Baton Rouge, I’ll definitely be bringing you back!

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership since 1996 and returned when the time came to buy another vehicle. My Salesman, Stephen Black, had sold me the vehicle that I was trading in. Stephen is friendly, sharp, and has a keen business acumen. I enjoyed the negotiating process with Sales, valuing my trade, and the Finance Manager. I felt as if I would get the deal that I needed and Robinson Brothers made that happen. I am a satisfied returning customer and can highly recommend this dealership and my Salesman, Stephen Black. He took good care of me.
