I had another great experience with Robinson Brothers, and Woody was a huge part of that. From the very first phone call until the moment we drove off the lot in our new F-250, he stayed in constant communication with us and stayed on top of every detail throughout the entire process. Woody took the time to thoroughly explain all of the features and details of the truck, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. On the sales side… Arthur was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with. He is clearly a people guy, not too pushy, but answered every question with competence. He also went the extra mile (on more than one occasion), which left a big impression & a gesture I appreciated. On the financing side… Randy made coverage & financing options simple to me (and that’s tough). Again, not too pushy but clearly explained all options & entertained every scenario I threw out.
