Edwin is the kindest, most patient car salesman I’ve ever met. Explained everything about the Aviator I was buying like he was just reading a book. Answered my questions with honesty and is still doing so today when I have questions about my vehicle or service. The finance manager was very patient during my decision process to purchase the new vehicle. I did not feel pressured to buy at all! So glad I purchased the TireCare Plus warranty!! It’s worth it!! They came to me to fix my recall issue with their mobile service option. The two mechanics arrived at my location a few minutes before my appointment time which was great and it only took them about 20 minutes to get my vehicle's recall issue taken care of! Adrian in Lincoln service has always been very courteous and professional on any occasion when bringing our vehicle in for regular maintenance or when there was an issue. This particular instance, we had a coil go bad and had to replace sparkplugs and it was at least a 2-day diagnostic and job. Adrian knew we were leaving for a trip, and did what he could to escalate our issue so that we didn't have to rent a vehicle and be able to leave for our destination, as planned. I went to Robinson Brothers today on a whim because I was preparing to drive back home to Alabama and noticed my car leaking oil. As soon as I walked in De’Aun was super helpful, kind, and personable. I tend to give a lot of context that’s not needed sometimes especially when it comes to my car, but she made it feel like every bit of information was helpful. De’Aun got me in quickly and they fixed the error from the previous dealership and got me back on the road within A few hours. If I ever need my car checked out again while I’m in Baton Rouge, I’ll definitely be bringing you back!

Remote Service Appointment - They Come to You. Making the service appointment couldn't have been easier. The Scheduler reached out via text to inform me that I was eligible for remote service, which meant they come to me. I didn't have to make the trip to the dealership and arrange transportation or possibly wait for hours. The Scheduler confirmed the date/time/location the day before via text, and the Service Tech called ahead on the day of the appointment to confirm the time and location. Even better, the tech was able to arrive early for the appointment (after confirming my availability), which saved me time. The Service Tech was courteous and efficient. Small town service from a big city dealership. Extremely well executed. Would highly recommend.

My entire experience was perfect! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and ensured we had the best experience. We purchased a new Lincoln Navigator and our salesman Kyle was the best. He was friendly, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. A great experience in the Service Department this morning. Adrianne greeted me with a smile at 7:00 am. My Lincoln nautilus gave me a scare yesterday when it would not start. Best purchase experience ever. Salesman (Jackson) did an excellent job working with me on buying a new truck. I drove from over 3hrs away to buy here and began the process on the phone. He was easy to work with and walked me through each step. The finance team did a great job of explaining all my options and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I will definitely look to Robinson Brothers Ford for any future vehicle needs. They have a huge selection of both new & used vehicles. They also have a canopy over a section of their lot to allow shopping in bad weather. That's a plus on hot or rainy days.

Mobile service was perfect. Asked them in advance to bring new wiper blades and they did. Had to come back because the lug key was not in glove box. He came back a day later with a replacement lug key and rotated all tires. Saved me hours and I never had to leave my office. Worth every penny.

My car had a recall and my local dealership in Springfield, IL claimed they could not request the part -- I was told to just keep calling every 2 weeks. Instead, a few weeks prior to taking a trip to Baton Rouge, I contacted the Robinson Brothers Ford to see if they had any parts in stock. Noel told me that not only could they order it, but that I could have an appointment while I'm in town to get it put in. I dropped it off early in the morning when they first opened and was prepared to wait multiple days to get my car back but it was done in the SAME day! What a great surprise and great service. The shuttle service to/from the dealership was also great and the driver was very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

I had spoken to other dealerships before seeking out Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln. I had done a tremendous amount of research on the Aviator I wanted but also on the current sales situation. Excellent customer service. Dropped in for a quick tire repair and rotation. Was out in less than an hour. Not bad for just stopping in at lunch time. Quick lane does good work in a timely manner. Just wish they could do the work without the dealership pricing. LOL. Seriously used them for 10 years and 3 vehicles, they are not trying to upsell anyone so it is nice to go in for service and know that if they recommend something it is usually legit.

Never got what I would say was a great deal from Robinson Brothers in the past. That changed dramatically with the purchase of my 2023 Lincoln Black Label Aviator. Anthony Biagas is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Made the process easy and was great with explaining the vehicles bells and whistles. At the time I was purchasing my Aviator my daughter and son in law were purchasing an Aviator for their main vehicle and they got the same level of service and attention to details. My opinion has changed about Robinson Bros. Lincoln. If you want a high end awesome Black Label experience than see the team at Robinson Bros. and ask to deal with Anthony Biagas.
