Harley was my sales rep, and he made the process very smooth. He was able to pick out the truck I wanted from my descriptions on the first try. Joe was my finance guy, he did very well explaining everything with me. He didn’t try to haggle me or up charge. He took off what wasn’t necessary and kept the things I actually needed while keeping me within my budget. Would highly recommend this place to others.

I had an absolutely great experience working with Conner, the body shop manager. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure I was kept up to date on my vehicle and always knew what was going on. Conner was incredibly communicative, helpful, and professional. He made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was repaired properly. Most importantly, he made sure the work was done with top-tier quality and that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. It’s not often you come across someone who puts that much effort into making sure their customers have a great experience. I truly appreciate everything Conner did and would absolutely recommend him and the body shop to anyone needing repairs. He deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provided!

We had a great experience with Robinson Ford Lincoln recently. We were having trouble with our car and brought it in to get diagnosed. Adrian Was on it right away. He actually reached out to Lincoln to see if they would provide some sort of assistance since we were out of warranty, and there was a known issue. Lincoln actually paid a large portion of the bill even though we were out of warranty. Adrian actually was able to give us a refund on the amount that we paid. I’m very pleased with Lincoln and will continue to do my business with them. This experience was just one of the reasons. Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln is highly recommended

Aaron Muergot and Don McClure!!!!!! I think i spelled Aarons name wrong but nonetheless these two guys are amazing. They get six stars!!! I purchased a 25 Explorer ST last year and went back this year for the 26 Explorer ST in that Marsh Gray color. Its fantastic!! Love the car. I will gladly buy from these guys every single time I am in the market for a vehicle. As long as they have what I want they get my business because they will keep it 100% honest and transparent. Super helpful, incredibly respectful, and they are the only two guys I will feel confident enough to send my wife in by herself. I work in the car business so I know how it goes, my wife does not, but not once have they ever attempted anything shady. I absolutely love their attention to detail and their customer service that feels like true customer satisfaction is at the forefront of how they operate and conduct business.

From purchasing my Bronco to servicing my vehicle at my house, I am so glad I went with Robinson Bros. Ford. Jackson, my salesperson, was so helpful and not pushy. My service advisor, Meghan, and her manager, Casey In the service department are so top-notch and attentive to customers concerns and needs. They always have a smile on their face and are always very welcoming in addition to always helping and resolving my problems. Service centers are service centers, but having a staff with them, put Robinson Brothers service department in a different category.

I went to Anthony two months ago wanting a 2024 Lincoln Nautilis black label jet package and he did not have one on the lot. Anthony searched until he found my car in Knoxville Tennessee. My 2017 Ford Explorer was purchased from a dealer in Texas. I'd only had it for a few weeks and a fuel injector went bad. The vehicle was under warranty and the dealer was 500 miles away. They told me to take it to a local dealer and have them do a diagnostic on it and have them call with the results. Meghan in the service department at Robinson Brothers went above and beyond in getting the issue taken care of. She communicated with the other dealership and myself to keep me informed every step of the way. Meghan definitely makes customer service and satisfaction her highest priority. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had with getting a vehicle repaired at a dealership. Every dealership needs a Meghan!

I am over 100% satisfied. The technician was so kind and polite. I'm so grateful for the service. I feel like more people need to know about yall. I moved out here from Kansas city. The Ford dealership where I got my car has never been as kind, welcoming, about efficient business with my car, and having respect for my time! Yall have been awesome. From getting my oil changed, to air in my tire because a tire was low one morning, to getting a recall repair at my house, to being able to have a conversation via text with someone. Everyone has been so kind! Real customer service. Bravo! Thank you I feel like contacting the Ford detailership where I got my car and tell them to do better! Be like yall. Thank you!

Friendly sales and service staff. They always have more inventory than other dealers in Baton Rouge. The prices are also better. They also have moble service to change oil and other services. Ask for Andy if you want to buy a vehicle. No pressure salesman and speaks Spanish for those who don’t speak English.

I have never had a ford dealership employee be this kind and informative when they are not trying to sell me something.!!! Brandon Guillery .( I hope I spelled it correctly) treated me with respect and kindness as well as honesty when helping me understand the proper steps and maintenance procedures on my 2017 f250. He does a great job being honest and trustworthy when it comes to keeping the customer first as well as genuinely caring and keeping his integrity intact. Robertson brothers ford and Lincoln Baton Rouge Louisiana needs more people like Brandon guillery.

Stopped by to check out the Corsair and Aviator with my wife. Both beautiful vehicles and definitely up to the Lincoln quality, standards, and luxury. The salesman we worked with was Jason, he was super knowledgeable, not only about the Lincoln vehicles we looked at but also about the process we need to follow once we are closer to the end of our lease. On the test drive he was knowledgeable with what we drove up in and was able to offer some very good comparisons of features between both. He was very good with pointing out pros and cons of each vehicle as they would fit into OUR lives and needs. It was a great experience. We definitely want to give Jason and Robinson Brothers a shot at earning our business when the time comes in the May timeframe.

My experience with Robinson Brothers was excellent. My vehicle had a "coolant over temp" issue, which kicked the check engine light on. Despite waiting 10 business days (because of Christmas and other cars in front of mine), they identified the problem, had parts on hand, and got my car back on the road. My service advisor (Megan) was great at returning my calls and keeping me posted on when my car was expected to be ready and called to gather more information for the technician. Super thankful for the RB Ford Service Department team at this important time of year.

The experience with service has been exceptional. From me calling to get a appointment to walking into to bring my car in. Nick Borne was my advisor, he was attentive and gave me the information I needed, he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for repairs.
