I am a long-time Ford customer, and I use Robinson Brothers Ford Quick Lane for all my oil changes and recommended service needs. I recently ran over a container in the middle of the road that I couldn't avoid, and it damaged the sensors in my 2022 Explorer that guide the backup camera and cruise control. I had planned a driving trip with 2 other couples leaving 3 days after this accident happened, so I called the service department at Robinson Brothers and asked them if they could help me in time to make the trip. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday, and Adrian and the team were very helpful. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, and they told me up front that if everything went well, if the parts came in first thing Monday, they could make the repairs in time for my trip. Adrian texted me first thing Monday morning to let me know the parts had come in, so I dropped my vehicle off quickly and the repairs - and some additional recommended service for my vehicle - were done. I am so impressed with how quickly Adrian and the team at Robinson Brothers were able to help me and repair my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!
