The service team was very helpful and welcoming. Alisha was my main contact. She was very accommodating, and kept me up-to-date on my vehicle's status.

Alisha Williams provided the best customer service I have had from ANY company in the last 5-10 years. She was awesome to deal with and always followed up when she said she was going to, something that is rare in this day and age. I had to take my 2022 Expedition in for transmission work, which is not a pleasant situation since it only had about 45k miles. But, Alisha turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant one with her professionalism. In the industry I’m in, I deal with service depts and mechanic shops pretty regularly, and they are normally a nightmare to deal with. Alisha is in the top 1% of service advisors that I’ve ever dealt with. Well done, Robinson Bros, you have found yourself a star!!

Alisha at Robinson Brothers Ford was great. She kept me up to date on one of my fleets vehicles that needed a new horn. I got updates day to day and got very quick responses when needed. I look forward to working with her again if issues arise with any of my other fleet in the coming seasons. Alisha comes highly recommended.
