The first time that we stopped by, we didn't have much time to look at the car that my wife already had seen in an ad. We were looking at the car when the first salesman, Aaron Mougeot, came out and introduced himself. He was very friendly and before he really started to answer questions, he asked us if we'd like a bottle of cold water. It was very hot and we appreciated the thought. After he returned quickly returned with 2 bottles of water, Aaron moved the car into the shade for us to look at closer. As he was explaining some things about the car when another salesman, Anthony Biagas, came out and began talking with us also. Together, they were answering any questions that we had and also explaining things about the car. After a few minutes, they offered to let us drive the car. My wife drove it a short way and was very impressed. When we returned to the dealership, we were out of time and told them that we were very interested and needed to leave. They understood and did not push us to stay, but did ask us when we would be able to return. Through the whole process, we were never pressured and we were treated extremely well. We ended up spending more time with Anthony and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Lincoln vehicles. After spending some time talking with Anthony, it was easy to see why his office is filled with all kinds of plaques and awards. He is an extremely likeable man. We returned 2 days later and purchased the car and the rest is history. The whole process went very smoothly. Also, the young lady, Ashley, that was fairly new to that job, but was also very polite and very helpful. A few days later, Aaron called and talked to my wife just to see how we were liking the vehicle, which was very nice. My wife told him that she had thought of a good name for them. Aaron, Ashley and Anthony should be known as "The A Team" since all of their names began with "A" and because they were all excellent at their jobs.

I went to Anthony two months ago wanting a 2024 Lincoln Nautilis black label jet package and he did not have one on the lot. Anthony searched until he found my car in Knoxville Tennessee. Anthony had my car shipped in and I could not be happier with it. Anthony and the Lincoln Dealership went far and beyond to take care of me and to get me the car I wanted.

Never got what I would say was a great deal from Robinson Brothers in the past. That changed dramatically with the purchase of my 2023 Lincoln Black Label Aviator. Anthony Biagas is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Made the process easy and was great with explaining the vehicles bells and whistles. At the time I was purchasing my Aviator my daughter and son in law were purchasing an Aviator for their main vehicle and they got the same level of service and attention to details. My opinion has changed about Robinson Bros. Lincoln. If you want a high end awesome Black Label experience than see the team at Robinson Bros. and ask to deal with Anthony Biagas.
