My experience was on service side. I dealt with Katie the service writer and the Technician/Mechanic was Chris. I can not say enough good things about my experience there. I had a major engine repair on my 24 2.7 F-150 and from the communication, vehicle loaner, even meeting the technician who was very experienced was top notch. I got the vehicle back after a good bit, which was expected due to the nature of the repairs. Chris took his time putting the truck back together like the day it came off the assembly line. Quality work and problem fixed. Whoever at Robinson Brothers reads this, Katie and Chris were fantastic to deal with and I can’t say that enough. Way too often people have bad experiences at dealerships and this was very refreshing.
