They took the time to listen to exactly what she wanted and made sure they found the truck that suited her. They even helped her put on her license plate when it arrived at the dealership. Highly recommend them. Forever grateful for the time they spent with her making sure she was happy with her purchase.

Just purchased a 2026 Ford Escape Hybrid for my 30 something daughter. Did almost all of the research, questions, negotiations, etc. online with a minimum of time in the dealership, although I was impressed with the Robinson Brothers dealership and the people there (first time buying there). Our sales rep, Dylan, was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The 2025 Escape we first looked at sold before we were ready to purchase and Dylan helped us reach a very agreeable final deal on a 2026 with even more features. Absolutely no hassles or trickery or pressure--or waiting around the dealership more than absolutely required. The check out process with the finance guy has been computerized unlike anything I have ever experienced in my 50 years of buying cars. Smooth, quick and no hard sell on extended warranties I didn't want. Don't know if every manufacturer has done this, but Ford certainly gets a big thumbs up for making this last step in the process much faster and completely painless. Happy to give the car, the sales rep, and the dealership 5 stars.

Great experience! Dylan was a great sales person. Answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable in our decision. Never felt pressured!!! Brian in finance was great and made that experience as good as possible. Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do, but these two gentlemen made my husband and my experience a good one.
