I went into the dealership with no hope trading in my car because i just brought the used car i was trading in from another dealership and it broke down on me. We initially met over the phone to inquire about the vehicle and his enthusiasm and personality of explaining the vehicle was awesome!! We drove over an hour away to see the vehicle and it was everything he said it was.
