My entire experience was perfect! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and ensured we had the best experience. We purchased a new Lincoln Navigator and our salesman Kyle was the best. He was friendly, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Additionally, the finance team was quick with explaining our different options and was not pushy at trying to sell something that is unnecessary or something we didn’t want. This experience was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. We will be returning customers; you can truly tell they care about their customers and want to demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
