Meghan and her team are great. They always go the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of for my Expedition.
My 2017 Ford Explorer was purchased from a dealer in Texas. I'd only had it for a few weeks and a fuel injector went bad. The vehicle was under warranty and the dealer was 500 miles away. They told me to take it to a local dealer and have them do a diagnostic on it and have them call with the results. Meghan in the service department at Robinson Brothers went above and beyond in getting the issue taken care of. She communicated with the other dealership and myself to keep me informed every step of the way. Meghan definitely makes customer service and satisfaction her highest priority. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had with getting a vehicle repaired at a dealership. Every dealership needs a Meghan!
