He passed me onto Tara who is in charge of maintenance. She was absolutely incredible in keeping me in the loop on the progress of getting my car taken car of. She arranged for a shuttle to get… More me home. When I left my keys and phone at the dealership , she drove them to my house !!!! THEN when my car still was not fixed she organized a loaner for me!!! ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE and I cannot thank her enough, for really caring about providing top notch service for her customers , and for representing Lincoln so brilliantly . ????????
